The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. Here's the problem: We accept two currencies, USD (United States Dollar) and ETB (Ethiopian Birr), with an exchange rate of 1 USD to 54 ETB. When customers pay in USD, everything works fine. However, when they try to 1 ETB, the system automatically charges them 54 ETB. This is causing confusion and inconvenience.
Could you please investigate and provide a solution or workaround? We want to ensure that the Name Your Price feature accurately reflects the intended amount in ETB when customers choose to pay in that currency.
