I've just updated to the latest version of the WOOCS. When I user the currency switcher it shows in the filter list. I don't want that to occur. It seem on only happen on this website but now my other one. I'm not sure what is different to have this happen.

My plugin has nothing to do with this functionality. Better write in support of your filter

But it only shows when I change the currency.  Otherwise it does not show in the filters.

I use the exact same plugins on my other website and this does not happen - see same URL where I changed from CAD to USD: https://diyjewellery.com/settings/?currency=USD
