Hello,
We have four currencies but would like only three of them to auto update.
Is this possible ? I recognise this isn't part of the core features but was hoping you had come across this before and provided a snippet somewhere to use.

unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature.
You need customization of the code.
Try in file - \plugins\woocommerce-currency-switcher\classes\woocs_after_33.php add code - https://c2n.me/44fe33J.png
if($currency['name']=='USD'){//paste your currency code
continue;
}
