Quote from Web on February 10, 2020, 01:25Hi,
With the plugin, trying 'update all rates' button gets no values from the API for many currencies. This makes those currency values zeroes at the front-end of the WooCommerce site. We setup more than 50 currencies at the moment. Could you please look into this issue with the free version of the plugin?
Thanks

I have updated the plugin as per the instruction and tried. But I am still getting the issues as when I click the 'Update All rates' button, all exchange rates set to null. Please have a look.

I checked it - https://c2n.me/45YRRii - the aggregator returned values for the currencies that it supports .
That is, the current aggregator does not support these currencies

Quote from Web on February 14, 2020, 06:19We are using 'Currencylayer' aggregator as it has been purchased. We are checking with them.
Meanwhile we have another serious issue. Could you please look into the below one.
It appears that as of the latest update to your Currency Converter plugin, it has lost all ability to multiply prices by “1”. Our client is based in New Zealand. We therefore have NZD set as the “Welcome Currency”, and it’s exchange rate is set to “1”:
However, when NZD is the selected currency on the front end of the website, it is displaying the wrong prices for all products and variations!
For example, a variable product in the back end of the site has variations and their prices are set like so. But, when you view this product on the front end of the site with “NZD” selected, it is showing difference prices
When a variation is selected, it is showing the wrong price for the selected variation. The “Product Total”, however, is displaying correctly and that has been added. And worst part is that when a customer adds the product to the cart, it is adding it at the wrong price.
We have found that this same issue is occurring for all currencies.
This issue is going to end up costing our client a massive amount of money and absolutely must be fixed asap please.

I checked it - Video in private data
Perhaps in your case there were incorrect tax settings
