Conditional filtering not working

So the hierarchy drop down works 100% THANK YOU.
Im trying to set conditions that clients first need to select their brand THEN the other filters to show.
I tried the step filter but it does not allow to have one step then display 4 other filters immediately there after.
So I have tried to use the conditional filter but it seems not to take?
I have added it to the advanced code section in the filter settings AND have the same recipe in the short code?
I have shared login details in the private section.
