Como configurar el plugin para soportar costos de envío por "clase de producto" en cada moneda?

Los precios de los productos están definidos en dos monedas: pesos uruguayos y en dólares americanos.
Los costos de envío también están ingresados en ambas monedas y el cálculo funciona correctamente, pero son los mismos para todos los productos.
Entonces, se definieron clases de productos para agrupar los que tienen un mismo costo, pero solo es posible especificarlo en pesos uruguayos, no aparecen opciones donde cargar los valores en dólares. Cómo puedo solucionarlo?

Unfortunately the plugin does not have such a feature
