Hi Pablo,

Is there a way for:

  1.  A checkbox to be in the selected state by default, so the shop page is always loaded with that specific filter on?
  2. A checkbox to be always on, so it can't be unselected?

Hi, thank you for the link, it solved half the problem.

I'm still trying to find smart ways to work with ACF fields and your plugin. I have some fields that would better be used with a checkbox on the front end of the filter (when is a yes/no question, for example; it's easier for the UX to just check when it's yes and leave it unchecked when no, other than to open a list to search for yes/no answers). But when I set for that option (checkbox), the plugin will search for the existence of the field itself not for it's value, then all products will show up in the results because all of them have the field. That's what happens when I use your code to create a default filtering.

So here's two lines of investigation for a solution:

  1. Is it possible to manipulate data in a way to show only a specific value for a checkbox instead of calling all products with that field?

    And, in the impossibility of that,

  2. Is it possible to manipulate data in a way to create a filter that is not shown along the others, set on and off manually by code, or (even better) triggered by another field's trigger?
