We use the plugin on our site, recently we saw that the plugin charges a commission in euro currency, although so far no commission has been charged.

How can we solve this?

Please  describe  it  in  more  detail. What is the commission?

Hi,

We set the price for each product in USD currency and the plugin converts it to EUR.

Please check this product >> https://www.shlomitofir.com/product/begonia-necklace/ (add it to the cart and pay attention that you choose EUR currency)

The original price of the product is 41E, but after adding it to the cart it charges a commission of 0.9E.

The commission is not identical for all products.

Did you mean to WPML plugin? We don't use this plugin.
