Oh, That's too bad to hear. So we have to use advanced ajax product filters that work fine with relevanssi.

Unfortunately, to get the refund, you need the reasons described in the envato rules. ( a bug in a plugin that I can't fix or a trick in the plugin description )
That's preetty bad beacase there are always compatibility issue with plugins, we should be able to have some time to try full funcionality. It's vey expensive for us to buy a plugin in latin american and we are not going to be able to use this plugin and forced to buy another filter. I really think refund should be an option as most plugins.
