Hello,

I have the products filter added to my shop page and I have several issues and questions. Could you please assist.

  1. When you seelct the category, it filters by the selected category without any issues. If you re-load the page, the filter 'Filter by Category' disappears however the filter remains active.   2. If I use the direct link to the category - https://www.nationalboilerparts.co.uk/product-category/auto-air-vent/ by default the option 'Find by Category' for some reason is not available at all.
  3. For example if I go to the Shop page and choose 'Filter by Category' the url of the page will be the following https://www.nationalboilerparts.co.uk/shop/?swoof=1&product_cat=auto-air-vent&paged=1 . Is it possible to keep it as https://www.nationalboilerparts.co.uk/product-category/auto-air-vent/ ?

Hello Tigran

  1. It looks like a conflict with a third-party software. Please  drop  me  wp-admin  access I will  check  it.  Can I disable  Plugins/Theme  to  test?
  2. On the category page, the filter shows only child categories. This is a very logical behavior. On the category page, you can show ONLY products that belong to the category OR child category. It makes sense to show only child categories( of the current category ), because clicking on any other category will always give zero products   )
