Cash on delivery paymnet option not showing up on "Payment rules"

Trying out your WOOCS plugin and must say its awesome! It's been exactly what we want and are currently testing it. However, we stumbled upon one case, where our"Cash on delivery" payment option doesn't show up on WOOCS"Payment rules" so we could choose to make it available for certain currency.
Please help us out here!

Weird, I tried activating another dormant payment method and it showed up. While the"Cash on delivery" option doesn't.
Thanks! Will try some more to figure out if any woocommerce setting might have hidden it.
