Cart/Checkout amount different to Price

Hi there
I have your Fox Currency Free plugin installed on our website (temp disabled as not working correctly) and have noticed that while the prices on the Product pages are correct, however when you view or visit the Cart, the price is increased eg. correct Product price 59 Euros, but displays in Cart and charges customer as 69 Euros.
I have looked through your Support articles and switched off any cache plugins, reloaded the site but no difference. I tried changing different settings in Fox like the Currency Aggregator and Currency Storage but no difference either. Woo and plugins all up to date.
Can you please advise what else to check in Settings or what to do next? I've had to switch if off temporarily as my customers will think I am overcharging them which would look really bad for us.

This looks like double conversion, this could be due to a conflict with a third party plugin
Disable third-party plugin that affects prices (discounts, options, subscriptions, etc.)
