Hi,

I'm trying to configure fixed prices for both USD and GBP on the product pages but I cant see to select all of the different currencies to actually configure.

I have made a quick 2 min screen share here - https://vimeo.com/771478774/4c90280d69

Let me know if I am missing anything and how to resolve!

Thanks,

Ricky

Hello Ricky

Please  watch  these  videos - https://currency-switcher.com/video#video_PZugTH80-Eo AND https://currency-switcher.com/video#video_YHDQZG8GS6w AND https://currency-switcher.com/video#video_Yn7QQaJ21aQ

Very important! You have a big mistake in plugin settings: You didn't mark the base currency - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20221116102057.png

It is not possible to set a fixed price for the base currency because it does not make sense

It is not possible to set a fixed price for the base currency because it does not make sense. You have only two currencies, one of them is the base one. So you can only set the fixed price for one currency

Hi Pablo,

Amazing, thanks so much, by setting a default currency it all seems to be working fine now :)

But I have noticed that the payment behaviour options aren't working as expected. We have a payment gateway called Rvvup which is only available in the UK. Even with our payment behaviour settings configured to hide this with USD, it is still displaying on the front end as unavailable...

Any ideas?

Thanks again fo the help!

Best,

Ricky

Hello Ricky

Yes, it is possible if the plugin of this payment system has a custom way of validation and display (does not use standard hooks)

So are you saying that your plugin's payment behavior options don't work? This was one of the main reasons I purchased this plugin...

I wrote something completely different!  - https://c2n.me/4h9b19t.png - If a third-party plugin was not developed according to woocommerce standards, then only customization of the third-party plugin code can change this behavior

our plugin's payment behavior options don't work?  - This functionality of my plugin works fine
