If your basic currency is SGD just leave in FOX options -> Is multiple allowed -> No
If your basic currency is USD just leave in FOX options -> Is multiple allowed -> Yes , BUT force currency on checkout page https://currency-switcher.com/force-currency-on-checkout-page
