Unfortunately enable option"cache" don't resolve the problem. I will attached wp-admin access.

Please  update  plugin to  latest  version   - https://currency-switcher.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato/

Do  a  test

I can't setup the plugin.
After enter the token i've error:
"Additional Error Details:
Found too many permissions on token..
purchase:verify
[]"

Incorrect token permissions, please generate another token or fix the permissions on the existing token.

Please ensure only the following permissions are enabled:

  1. View and search Envato sites
  2. Download your purchased items
  3. List purchases you've made

I do the same yesterday and it doesn't working. But today i do nothing and it works. Thanks a lot. Everythink is fine.
