Can I edit results page appearance?

I don't want the word"category" or"Tag" on the results page. How can I edit them?

Hello, I waited the whole day yesterday for the answer! I am sorry, but I do not work that slow.

I uninstalled the plugin and I am asking for a reimbursement.
