I want my Canadian website to not make a currency conversion when USA clients buy from me, for example: an Item with price 209.99 to be charged 209.99 on their credit card. Therefore not doing a conversion. Im not sure but I think it has to do when woocommerce sends pricing to stripe to process payment.

What currency do you see on the checkout page before clicking"Place Order" - CAD or USD?
If you see USD 209.99 on checkout and in WooCommerce order details, then FOX has done its job correctly.
Also read please: https://pluginus.net/support/topic/geotagging-issues/ - the same issue. Maybe you mean geotagging issue, try maxmind please: WooCommerce → Settings → Integration → MaxMind Geolocation .
