Hi support

I tested out the latest free version on my staging site and it worked fine.  I just purchased the pro version, installed it and it does not work properly?  what is going wrong?

Please advise why my latest version of product filter on the same staging site has an issue to save the settings?  (I have saved license in the secret area)

thanks, what version number is the latest?  my current version is 2.2.9.2 and when I download fresh from my theme forest account that is the version which arrive.

Thank you, any reason then why plugin does not work correctly?  Settings wont save?  I cant match settings on latest version to my old setting I am using on older version of plugin on my live site.

Thank you.  Are you able to send me Version 2.2.6.4 of product filter in case latest version gives an issue after update? I am sorry I somehow deleted version 2.2.6.4 after download.  Version 2.2.6.4 is very stable on my live site.

I strongly do not recommend using the old version of the plugin.  We do not support older versions

The best solution is to set up the new version of the plugin

ok, I updated to latest version as you suggested, and as previously happened previously I experienced this issue.  https://products-filter.com/lot-taxonomies-settings-page-save-options-doesn-works

My hosting provider did follow the advice in article but it still did not help.  Settings and taxonomies remain broken and the settings do not save.  I am restoring the old version of the plugin from a backup I made before I upgraded to new version so things work again.

Please advise an alternative solution to this issue?

I made a test. Problem as described here - https://products-filter.com/lot-taxonomies-settings-page-save-options-doesn-works  - Your server has limits on the number of POST values

And it does not depend on the version of the plugin

On the test site, I reduced the number of taxonomies - now everything works correctly

My hosting responded with following feedback.

They used advice from  https://products-filter.com/lot-taxonomies-settings-page-save-options-doesn-works  but despite this we have same issue that settings will not save.

Please ask PluginUs how are they determining the value of the POST limits on your server and what is the limit they see?
