Bulk edit thumbnail doesn't appear to work

If you not got email within 24 business hours, firstly check your spam box, and if no any email from the support there - back to the forum and read answer here.
The support doesn work on saturdays and sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.

I just purchased a license for the bulk editor pro....because it's AWESOME!
I selected 6 products.
Selected "binded editing".
Select a new thumbnail for the first product.
The bulk operation appears to complete, and the 6 thumbnail updates are shown in the history.
However, the thumbnails don't appear to save.
It seems very simple to use, but I must be missing something.

Is there another channel through which paid customers can receive support?
I was hoping to use start using this fantastic plugin to bulk-update thumbnails.

Filter category by "zebra zq500" to get a small batch.

I have a media folder plugin so you can open the Zebra > ZQ51 folder for the image for that product.



I added  info in the  private data

I'm getting the same result after uploading and activating that version.

Provide  me  administrator  rule. Perhaps there is not enough access for my role -  manage_options

Can  I deactivate  plugins  to test?

I'll clone the site and disable plugins until I find the conflict.
I'll let you know if I discover the issue.
