The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday.

I choose to append attribute value, but it wiped out existing value.

Now the purchase code is added. Appending attributes operation was done several days ago, I can't find them in history any more. Seems there was update on 2.4, after that appending works. Not sure what caused the error.
