BUG: Always returns to CAD

On my site (vigscooters.com), I am using Geolocation (MaxMind license) and two currencies (USD and CAD) with CAD for visitors from Canada and USD for everyone else. It seems to correctly identify the proper currency when you first arrive at the site (for instance, a visitor from the United States sees USD by default and a visitor from Canada sees CAD). However, once you select CAD, it always stays at CAD from that point onward—switching to USD refreshes the page and it again returns to CAD. CAD is the"welcome currency" (although I'm don't believe a"welcome currency" is used with GeoIP lookup).
This site uses redis and I have"Currency storage" set to redis.
I have version 2.4 installed.
