bought pro version but could not install and activate

Hello, i have recommended from support team for shinehelp.traveler to instal FOX - Currency Switcher Professional for WooCommerce and already i did and i found the free version just for two currencies and i have to add like 6 currencies so i found that i should upgrade to premium version and i did and i bought but i cant installed the premium version and i cant active also.
when i bought and i downloaded the zip file i went to website to upload this file in plugins and install, i received this message.

Installing the plugin…
The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found.
Plugin installation failed.
so how can i use the premium version which i bought already ?
