Hello Support :) how are you?

We can't access your plugin. Cookies have been cleared, but I still get a 404 error.
The problem doesn't occur in Chrome incognito mode. Please help us resolve the issue.

Dywany24.com

edit:

We did a test on a completely new and clean Firefox browser - the problem still persists

Dywany24.com

Hello, thank you for the details!

Could you please check the following:

  • What is the exact URL you are getting the 404 on? Please copy it from the browser address bar and paste it here.
  • In Chrome incognito where it works, are you logged in as the same WordPress user, or a different one? Please compare the user accounts.
  • What is the WordPress user role of the account that gets the 404? Administrator, Shop Manager, or something else?

Also, have you recently installed any plugin or script that handles URL routing, redirects, or permalink management on your site? For example anything related to custom rewrite rules, redirect managers, or .htaccess modifications. This could interfere with WordPress admin page URLs and cause unexpected 404 errors.

Hello Alex Dovlatov! :)

We only have one user, and we use that user to log in everywhere. (role = admin)

The bulk button has a link:

https://dywany24.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=woobe

It redirects to: https://dywany24.com/404

Each bulk button directs you to: https://dywany24.com/404

Turning bulk off and on again didn't help.

We haven't added any new plugins to our store.

Hello

Thank you for the details. The fact that it works in incognito mode but not in a regular browser session points to a cached redirect in the browser itself. Clearing cookies alone does not remove cached HTTP redirects, so the browser keeps sending you to /404 even if the underlying issue is already resolved.

Please try the following steps in order:

  1. In your regular browser, open Settings and clear the full browsing data including cached images and files, not just cookies. Then try accessing the BEAR page again.
  2. If the issue persists, please go to WordPress admin, then Settings, then Permalinks, and click Save Changes without changing anything. This refreshes the WordPress rewrite rules and often resolves unexpected 404 errors on admin plugin pages.

Please let us know the result after trying these two steps.

If that notes will NOT help, we can do next, in the private area of this ticket you can provide wp-admin access to the site OR create stage site, clone of the production site by https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ and the same, provide access please using private area of this ticket. Better create stage site please.
