The problem is that the standard WPML function cannot get the translated product ID. The reason is a wrong translation or a WPML error. Unfortunately we can't do anything from our side.if we don't get this ID we can't sync products

I now have created a complete new product https://dev.cecconi.shop/product/test-product/ and translated it like WPML tells you to do it. So from my opinion in this product there can't be anything wrong.

Unfortunately the WPML website and also the codecanyon site of this product claims a 100% compatibility. But this definetly isn't the case. So please tell me what else than a non compatibility would be a reason for refund?

Hi Pablo,

no offense, but this is a plugin made for WooCommerce and completely compatible with WPML - so it says and you say. But it is not. Imagine someone has 12 languages and needs to change stock amounts on 80 different variables from 27 major products - this person has to jump to each language, search for the desired article, pick the variation and change the amount. From my point of view this is a massive base for errors.

Maybe you should take that in mind and improve the functionality and compatibility - for my client and me the plugin unfortunately is not useful. And maybe you should be open to communicate this lack on you website and saleschannels like code canyon, would be a fair move.
