Hello,

I am using Hotjar, and I can see the users on my site as they navigate. I am noticing that people who have a USA browser are still getting results in ZAR. I have set the autoswitch to show users in the USA the USD.

I also notice that People in Europe are getting ZAR results instead of Euro.

Please advise.

Best regards

Jerome

Thank you, I have updated the license key.

I am struggling to understand the help file because in English, many of the words could be interoperated in different ways.

I notice that it mentions something about cache plugins. I use the Cloudflare delivery network services. I doubt this would be causing the issue because many users would have this service.

Hello

https://c2n.me/4aUr2A2 - Yes it looks like woocommerce is not correctly detecting the current location of the user. Most likely it has a relation to your server and cache.
