Hello PluginUs team,
I am contacting you because I currently have an issue with WOOCS. I installed it on a hidden subfolder on my server a few months ago and the plugin was working like a breeze.
But, I recently decided that I will use a staging environment hosted on my computer using MAMP. Instead of migrating everything from the previous project, I restarted the project from scratch on localhost. When I reinstalled WOOCS, I encountered two main issues:
- The automatic conversion rates are not working at all. I tried with several sources, and the conversion rates are always displayed as"0" for all the currencies. There is no error message explaining from where this issue is coming from.
- When I try to create a custom design for the drop-down menu, my modifications are never saved. I cannot see any error message regarding this.
I stay at your disposal if you need any more details to understand my problem.
