Hello there!

Our website right now is having multiple currencies like; AED, OMR, KWD, SAR, BD & EURO. So  customers can shop using their local currency. but during check out we force the currency to AED because our online payment only process AED currency. However, some customers gets confused of the sudden change of currency upon checkout. Is there a way we can show the approx. amount on their local currency while retaining the AED on checkout?

Thank you

Hello

Please  try  these  options - https://c2n.me/4aSqLdU.png

In this case, the user will see additional information about the price in their currency.

Hi,

Thank you for your response.

Yes, I have enabled that already. However, since the currency is being forced to AED in the Checkout page, the approx is not showing anymore. We wanted to show the apporx. in their local currency.

For example, if the Total in the checkout page is AED 500, it will also show (Approx.: EUR 119.90).

Hi Pablo!

May I ask if how can we achieve the result from my previous post? Thank you

Hi again Pablo,

I added the purchase code the other details.

The example that you showed is the one we need. Kindly take note that I have added a code snippet in the function.php to force the currency to AED.

Thanks and hope to get a reply soon.

Ok!  My  test - https://c2n.me/4aTB0qa.png
