Hello, i noticed under the orders we can no longer see the conversion rate that was used to place an order.

 

I cannot attach a screenshot here but this is what it shows, before it would show the conversion rate rather than the ?
how can i go about trouble shooting this error?

 

Order currency: CAD  [?]
Base currency: USD
Order currency rate: 1  [?]
Total amount: 195.46 CAD

Hello

What plugin version number are you using?

I see that the exchange rate is 1

[?] - this symbol has always been there. It's a tooltip

I have the most updated version and its not suppose to be 1-1 its 1 USD to 1.3967 CAD

the plugin version is the latest one

Interestingly, i just checked again and now all the rates are showing properly
