Hello,

after hours and hours of debugging and A - B testing with the plugins we finally found out what plugin is causing trouble.

It was unfortunately WOOCS - WooCommerce Currency Switcher so we bought the Professional version, hoping this will solve the issue. Nope, nada..

Can you please help us out. With the plugin it takes about 3 seconds, with it's about 6 to 10 seconds before something happens and the cart number is updated!

Maybe you are aware of this issue, because after deep diving in the your demo store we notice that you can place something in the cart, but it's not activated.

In case you wish our licence key, let me know.

Hello

Please drop me wp-admin+FTP access to your test site - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130558.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20210618130637.png - I will check it

Helli Pablo,

We setup a fresh clone / staging website for you. Requested details have been added.

Waiting on your response.

Thank you in advance.

Hello

I did  a test - https://c2n.me/4hiLIFp - everything seems to be working correctly

I think this is a conflict with a third party plugin

I'm sorry, but after checking the stage website. You turned almost every other plugin off..

Keep them on and recheck, when you turn of your plugin only the speed is normal. You turn it on and it takes 8 to 48 seconds.

Did you test it with checking the dev tools or gtmetrix maybe you noticed something that I don't see.

Update

So i did a new round. When Woocs is disabled then the ajax add to cart goes quick.

See my video screen. https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/13075189?key=f5befc16a19d7c27c6c06004b331407e

I hope you really can make some time for us. As we see a lot of tickets. Already so much love and thanks for helping us out.

Hello

Yes, of course I disabled third-party plugins. So I proved that a third-party plugin affects the speed of adding to the cart.

When Woocs is disabled then the ajax add to cart goes quick.  - Ok!  Looks like I did the same but with a different plugin.  You should disable plugins one by one and do tests. in this way you can find the plugin that really causes this problem(I  did  it  for  you - https://c2n.me/4hjmFu4)

Whuut I'm stubmbled i tried that plugin many times, speed issue was not cleared. How come? How come when i activated your plugin the issue become visible too when that plugin was active. Could there be a conflict between the two? Just so i have as many details to provide them.

Thank you!

I will contact them right now.

Hello

Could there be a conflict between the two?  - Yes, I have already written to you about this - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20221208085119.png
