Hello,

We can't add a currency... clicking on the buttons doesn't generate an action... We can't even delete a currency to test it?

Server in PHP 7.4 / WordPress in last version

Hello

100% javascript error in wp-admin part, you should define it using condole (key F12) and deactivate buggy script self OR if you can not and you bought the plugin you can share purchase code using private data button of this ticket (see on right side) and share with me wp-admin access and I will help you define what is prevent FOX functionality

  • Check for JavaScript Errors:
    • Open your browser's Developer Tools by pressing F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I (Cmd+Opt+I on Mac).
    • Go to the Console tab and try clicking on the buttons that aren't working.
    • If there are any JavaScript errors, they will appear in the console. Please take a screenshot or note the error messages and share them with us.
  • Clear Cache:
    • Clear your browser cache and any caching plugins (like WP Super Cache, W3 Total Cache, etc.) on your WordPress site. Sometimes, cached scripts can cause issues.
    • After clearing the cache, try again to see if the problem persists.
  • Update Plugins and Themes:
    • Ensure that all your plugins and themes are updated to the latest versions, especially the currency switcher plugin.
    • Outdated plugins can often cause compatibility issues, especially with newer versions of WordPress or PHP.
