about product subcategories

for example I have product"Car". This product has multiple brands. After selecting the"Car" category, I want it to group how many Car brands there are under it. I can do that ?
Note: This is very important to me.

I have a question right now.
The areas I drew with our daughter in the attached picture are subcategories of my categories.
By default it is open in my subcategories.
I dont want this. Whenever I click on the category then I want the subcategory to open.
