  51. This product's "hierarchy filtering" is just what I needed. This solution with the drop-down boxes is DIFFICULT to find as almost no one offers "hierarchy" filtering with drop down boxes.   77. The plugin does not adequately support the Greek language. It is handling words with and without an accent as different strings making its use completely pointless for the Greek language.

I wanted to be able to filter out products on backorder that was made available by changes in WC core and these guys have sent me the extension for it in a couple of days before I even bought the plugin - they have a free version. Then they quickly responded to my questions and problems. I was also able to style the filters to my needs. It needed some work but might not be possible with other plugins. The statistic feature is also very good - you can see what people are searching for. I am happy they coded my feature request (some other author did not even respond to my email) and I can be using their plugin. I am also using their currency switcher plugin which is faultless too. Other filtering/faceting options have a hefty monthly fee that most of my clients can't justify, but this works really well and lets smaller e-commerce stores have the same features the "big dogs" have. WOOF's text search works very well, so I implemented it as the main product search on my website (it would be nice to have features like synonyms, but if you tag everything well it's a non-issue). I love that the user's search remains populated in the search field to let people refine and filter including their search term. I think the text search option should be highlighted a little more in the features; I would have selected WOOF before trying some other search options if I knew how well it worked to begin with! WOOF is quite customizable, but a lot of the customization takes some doing via CSS. Fortunately, the customer support is AMAZING and they have very generously helped me find solutions to every problem or question I had. I am thrilled with WOOF and will be recommending it to all my e-commerce clients going forward.
