I have 3 items

ID=11916 Category=A

ID=9294 Category=A

Filter ID=9294 results in 1 item (as expected 1)

Filter category A results in 1 item (expected 2, got only ID=11916)

What can it be?
If needed I can supply login credentials (not for public forum)

You are right that the item is present; however, when I filter by empty SKUs, I only receive five results, despite there being more available with the same additional filters for category and manufacturer.

BTW, is the video you shared public? If it is, please remove it as it contains sensitive information about our site.

ID 9294 has an empty SKU, but I do not get it.

but you can work with it. Edit SKU on these five products. Afterwards you can repeat the filtering and the next five products with empty SKU will appear.
