wpml translate shortcode in custom pages

Using below shortcode patern in many custom pages and trying to translate from native Greek to English.
[woof woof_sid woof_sid_auto_shortcode data-sid="auto_shortcode" data-shortcode="woof sid_auto_shortcode" autohide='0' price_filter='0' taxonomies=product_cat:100 tax_only='pa_onegreek,pa_twogreek ' by_only='by_price'] [woof_products taxonomies=product_cat:100 per_page=8 columns=4 is_ajax=1]
I have translated all taxonomies/categories/atributes/label atributes via wpml
but even if i translate these pages with wpml to english i see labels of atributes (not values) arent translating in english.
should i also translate the above shortcode? and its pa atributes : pa_onegreek e.tc. ?
Also in product pages in atributes section i see some english mixed with some greek atribute label (values seem ok)
How to procced with this?
