Hi, I noticed an issue with the by_author step. It doesn't show any of the authors. While using the filter as a widget shows them correctly which I found very weird. The extension is turned on just to mention.

Example usage: [woof_step autosubmit=1 filter_type=1 by_step="by_author" redirect="/shop"] I tried adding different attributes to the by_step and they work fine, it's just the by_author filter.

Do you have any clue how this could be solved?

Version 1.3.2, should be the newest one.

You can check it out yourself https://testiranje.officebite.io/prodavnica-sa-odabirom-grada-i-order-occasion/ and the shop page where the authors filters are shown normally is https://testiranje.officebite.io/shop/

This is the code used for the filter [woof_step autosubmit=1 filter_type=1 by_step="pa_grad-isporuke,pa_prilika-konzumacije" redirect="/shop"]

Hello

Ok! Try changing the order(any filters) in the structure tab( https://share.pluginus.net/video/v20230131112756.mp4 ). Save  and  do  a test
