Hi,

I have installed Woof on http://fierce-kudu.w5.wpsandbox.pro/ and it works very well. I am now trying to implement the step by step, option 1 on http://fierce-kudu.w5.wpsandbox.pro/step-by-step/. However, as you can see, it isn't working.

Any help would be appreciated. Happy to give you a one click login to the site too.

Are you sure you activated this extension?

If  yes -  It means that the shortcode is not correctly inserted into the content.

My bad. I have now enabled it and the short code works.

Two questions though:

  1. If I want filter by Product category, do you know the name of the variable I can use in the woof_step?
  2. Can I disable the Product Categories checkbox in Product Filter Options > Structure and still use categories to filter in Step by Step?

Did some googling and experimenting. Answered my own questions.

  1. Variable name: product_cat
  2. No. The Product categories checkbox has to be enabled for it to be used in woof_step.

Now my question: Is there any way to override what is in the Product Filter Options > Structure? Even if it is in the paid version? Basically, I do not want to use the product filters when displaying my Shop. However, when I allow the customers to go step by step, I would like the first step to be choosing multiple sub categories.

To show different   filters - please  use  [woof] ( with attribute  tax_only and  by_only ) - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof/
