Product search and filtering are very slow on the website autoshopping24.com. For most queries, it takes more than 5 seconds to output data.
Speed of the search and opening new pages increases 15x after turning off the WOOF - WooCommerce Products Filter.

Switching off 'dynamic recount' in the filter and 'hide empty terms' options helps tremendously but I really need to keep them on. Is there any way to use them and keep the same speed as without them?

It's impossible! To get the counter, the plugin makes a request for each filter element. And if you have a lot of taxonomies, it will inevitably cause thousands of hits to the database.
Try using cache for these requests - Advanced->Options - https://c2n.me/4bheUPL.png - and do a test (not as administrator)
