Woof stopped working
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. At some point this past week, the plugin stopped working entirely. I tried deactivating and reactivating it along with other plugins many times, with no success. It looks like the shortcode is just not being displayed properly.

Clear all cache and do a test
I did that, and clicked on update. I get the notification:"Update failed, plugin is at the latest version..."
Flushed cache and problem persists
