So I found how to set it up from here. . .

1) – Is this like an “Back In-Stock” alert for products that were “out-of-stock” , but are available again ?
2) – Is it for Brand-new items added to a category ?
3) – What are the exact steps for testing it to see if it works ?
4) – Does the Messenger function require the product have a status of “Allow Backorders ” ?
