Hello

WordPress version: 5.2.2

Plugin version: 2.2.2.1 (bought via Codecanyon)

Theme: Storefront (child) 2.4.2

 

We have set the products per page to 12 in the plugin settings.

 

However, on the start page we are using a shortcode to insert products (in the grid view):

[product_category category="katalog" per_page="10" columns="2"].

 

This doesn't work, it always shows 12 articles (3 columns) and my impression is that the plugin settings override the shortcode attributes.

 

Please help me fix that

(The credentials provided lead to our testing server which has the same config as our productive one. Please fix it there and tell me how, then i can copy the changes).

Hi

 

Something is still wrong.

The used shortcode was:

[woof][product_category category="katalog" per_page="10" columns="2"]

 

And there are indeed 2 columns, bit with 12 articles instead of 10

I did more testing, this indeed comes from your plugin:

 

-If i set i.e. 18 articles per page via the plugin properties, it always shows 18 articles.

-The number of columns attribute is honored however

(Highlights is showing 12 articles only because there are only 12 products with that tag. So this is not an error)

Hello

I did more testing, this indeed comes from your plugin: -  If you disable my plugin, the result will be the same

Please  try to read  docs - https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

there is no such attribute - per_page
