Woof Products Filter not visible

Dear PluginUs,
We run a webshop and we use the Woof Products filter (premium) so that clients can search for example a specific color of that item. Unfortuanatly the filter stopped working. It was only shown on specific pages. But it now showed a shortcode. After disabling the selection for specific pages the shortcode was working again. Unfortunately the filter form isn't visible. The filter is placed as shortcode in a sidemenu. The sidebar is then placed on a page using elementor. We now use the [woof autosubmit=1 is_ajax=1 mobile_mode=1] shortcode. I've also tried [woof] which did not work and [woof_product] which did work but isn't what we want. Hopefully you can help us.
