Hi there,

I purchased this plug in and have set it up nicely on my website. I have set up several drop down options by attribute and activated dynamic recount and auto submit. I also need to set up a rule so that a user can only set a filter once they have set the one above it (like a hierarchy I suppose). Is this possible with this plug in?

Hi,

Thanks for this!

I am experiencing another issue. I have added the product filter to the side bar, and have not added a filter button, and ticked the auto submit option. This is working perfectly, however the reset button doesn't seem to work until I actually add the filter button, click filter again after the products are already found and then hit reset. Any idea why the reset button doesn't work straight away?

The reset button only works once the use clicks search, however on the page provided above, even though auto-submit is selected, the reset won't work unless I add a search button.
