Trust you're doing good and keeping safe.

I am having serious challenge now as my client is seriously complaining about it. All of a sudden, WOOF Product Filter just stopped working. I try to see what is the issue; logging and going to WordPress setting and Product Filter Tab, I am met with an endless loop without opening. As it is now, everything has stopped working.

Please, I urgently need you to look into it and help us get this resolved as soon as possible. I don't know or can't tell why is just stopped. Could it be WordPress 5.5 JQuery issue?

I practically didn't know you have responded as I didn't receive any message alert. Thank you for the response though.

That said, I did not in anyway hid the the filter. Why should I? When is the primary functionality my client needs the most. I am only suspecting the different approach WordPress has chosen to go on with their codebase and implementation that affected the filters. Even the Third Party plugin that caused the WOOF Product Filter not to show at the Backend, I've permanently disabled it to look for another similar plugin to use that will not cause any glitches going forward.

The Product Filter at the widget section is all there, I never deleted it. But, is also not showing on the Frontend, which I am presuming it maybe WordPress JQuery and JavaScript implementation change that may be causing the Filter to be hidden. Leaving the Product Filter empty on Frontend. Because, all of these started happening when I updated the WordPress core to version 5.5.3

So please, I really need your candid help here. I can't at this moment in time charge my client of this"support service renewal" as it was not part of our contract and agreement. I never envisage I will encounter this kind of issue.

Also Pablo, I have tried to install and activate"Enable JQuery Migrate Helper" plugin, it still didn't get the issue resolved. Even it report some errors that I managed to try disable the said plugin (Woo PayPal) but, it still didn't resolve it.

Did  you  watch  my  videos?

My plugin is working correctly!

  1. I showed you JS errors and if you disable the plugin that causes it everything will work fine. I don't have to fix a third party plugin
  2. Who added the CSS code to hide the filter, I showed it in the video.
  3. The Product Filter at the widget section is all there - OK! my  test - https://c2n.me/49YPUtE.mp4

As I have shown, my plugin works 100% correctly. All problems are related to your settings and third-party plugins

I am working in support of my plugin and unfortunately the third party site setup is not included in the support

I thank you for the guidance. In the widget section it was placed in the Product Filter Widget. I don't know why it stopped showing from that widget. After watching your video. I did the drag it into Shop Sidebar 1 Widget. And it displayed just fine. But the Hierarchy Dropdown is no more showing on the Frontend.

That said, how much is the renewal of your Support Service for 1 year. I have managed to discuss with my client. He has agree to pay for the Support Service. And we will like to pay for 1year support service. On ThemeForest, what I am seeing is 6months.

I await your response soonest.
