Hello Support Team,

I am using WOOF WooCommerce Products Filter (Premium) on my WordPress website, and I am experiencing a critical issue that I need to resolve urgently.

What I Want to Achieve:

I want to create a filtered product catalog where each category only displays relevant attributes and values. Specifically, for the "Mini PC" category, I need to show only these filters and their respective values:

  • Price
  • Processor: Intel Core 3 100U, Intel Ultra 5 125H, Intel Ultra 7 155H
  • RAM: 8 GB, 16 GB
  • SSD: 256 GB, 512 GB, 1 TB
  • OS: Win 11 Pro

Current Problem:

Even after setting up WOOF Premium, the filters still display values that do not belong to the"Mini PC" category. For example, processors like AMD Ryzen or Snapdragon, and SSD sizes like 2TB, are still visible—even though no"Mini PC" product has those attributes.

What I Have Tried:

  1. Enabled “Show Only Available Values” in Advanced Options.
  2. Cleared WooCommerce cache & rebuilt product index.
  3. Created a preset ("Mini PC Filter") and assigned it to the"Mini PC" category.
  4. Manually removed unwanted attribute values under"Modify Attribute Options".
  5. Tried different display modes (checkboxes, dropdowns, etc.).

Expected Behavior:

  • The filters should only display values that actually exist in the"Mini PC" category.
  • Selecting a filter should ONLY show products that contain those attributes.
  • The price filter should always appear first.

What Is Not Working:

  • Unrelated values still appear in the filter dropdowns.
  • Even after setting up a category-specific preset, unwanted values still show up.
  • The product count next to each filter option is incorrect.

Can you please provide guidance on how to correctly restrict filter values per category and ensure that filters only show existing attributes for each category?

Looking forward to your urgent support.

Best regards,
Mattia

Hello Mattia

Please paste your license key here - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png -> https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134511.png

https://lightcoral-toad-340276.hostingersite.com/mini-pc/  - This is not a category page, it is just a custom page that does not have any category data and of course the filter will show items for all products

Please do a test on the category page

Hello,

I did a test on this category page https://lightcoral-toad-340276.hostingersite.com/categoria-prodotto/desktop/ and the page doesn't display the filters correctly.
Same on this one https://lightcoral-toad-340276.hostingersite.com/desktop/, we need the filter SSD.
Could you please check and let me know?

Thank you.

Mattia

Hello Pablo,

I can't paste it.
Can I send you an email?

Please.

Mattia

I can't paste it.  - Please describe this in more detail.  Unfortunately I can't figure out what the problem is.

If I go to the link I can't paste the ID Number in the form.
Very simple.

In the upper right part of this page you can find a button"Private data of the current support request" to display a form for private data where you can paste your license key. I don't think this could be a problem.  In previous messages I sent you screenshots on this button

Ok Now I shared my purchase code.

Do you need more information to resolve this issue?
Thank you.

Hello Mattia

Note that you have set the settings for the filters so that it expands when you click on the + symbol in the taxonomy title and also selected the option to hide the title. As a result, the filter is hidden and the title is hidden, so nothing is displayed.

I checked this option - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250327120106.png  - result - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250327120136.png

Ok now I see the filters but they display all the values and I chose previously to show only a limited range of values.
For example the SSD filter should display only 512GB and 1TB.
Why I see an incorrect list of values?

Could you please check?
Thank you.
