Hi, I’m experiencing a few issues with the filters provided by the plugin:

  1. The main issue is that after selecting some filters and applying them, if I then try to add additional filters, the previously selected ones get reset (their state isn’t retained). For example, if I select the color"white" and filter the products, and then decide to also filter by width, the color filter is deselected and no longer applied. I’m working in non-AJAX mode due to compatibility issues with the design of my custom theme, where AJAX causes significant layout problems. What can I do to fix this?

Before posting this message, I did a quick code review and noticed that after filtering, the woof_current_values variable gets reset upon page reload, and the previously selected filters are not being added back to it. Is there a way to enable this behavior somewhere in the plugin code, or will I need to write a custom piece of code to handle it manually? :)

  1. Is it possible to remove the swoof keyword from the URL? Unfortunately, our SEO agency insists that it shouldn't be there and asked us to remove it.

  2. Is there a way to translate the and and or terms in the URL?

Thanks in advance!

Hello

Please drop me exact link to the issue

It looks like this behavior is related to third-party code.

Hi, I’ve included a link along with htpasswd credentials so you can access the site and take a look ;)

Hello

  1. Looks like a third party script is modifying/removing get requests. Please drop me wp-admin access - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134241.png ->https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20230222134615.png  - Can I disable plugin/theme to test
  2. It is impossible to delete this but you can replace this text - https://share.pluginus.net/image/i20250609114207.png
  3. Unfortunately, the plugin does not have this feature.
