Hello,

I have an e-commerce website and I recently installed WOOF product filters plugin. Unfortunately, everytime i try to use any filter it takes around 15 seconds to load.

I've tried to optimize and compress files, purge cache and I followed the suggestions on this page: https://products-filter.com/searching-is-slow

Also, if I activate AJAX filtering, it breaks the pagination on my website and it changes the number of visible products in the category page.

I can give you the link to my website if you need it.

I would really love the help because we need to reduce the filtering loading time to maximum 4 seconds.

I'll be waiting for feedback.

Kind regards

hello

Yes, please  drop  me  wp-admin  access

Hello, you can check the access in the Private Data for this topic.

At the moment we have deactivated ajax filter because it was causing slowliness in the website and in filtering and also causing trouble in the pagination. Instead of 20 products per page, it were appearing only 10.

Our goal is to have:
- Ajax Filter activated
- Filter loading in 1/2 seconds
- We want dynamic recount activated
- What is the 'Set Filter Automatically'? Is it needed?

Thanks in advance!

Update the  plugin  to latest  version -  https://products-filter.com/how-to-make-auto-update-for-wordpress-plugins-and-themes-bought-on-envato

Hello,

You can check the licence key in the Private Data.

Also, we just finished updating the plugin to the latest version.

It's still taking 5/6 seconds in filter loading.  Can you help us?

Hello

I  did a  test. It looks like a problem in your site because the site loading speed does not change (very slow) even if I turn off my plugin

I added  my  video  in  private  data

Hello,

Can you help us with some suggestions in order to speed up the site?

We already compressed imagens but we don't know what else to do.

But anyway, our website was a lot faster than this before we installed this plugin. Can you see some things or some procedures that may help improving speed?

Thanks

Beside that problem, we are having trouble with another feature:

We want to implement the"sort by" or"order by" button in category page. We want to let people order products by popularity, price, date, etc. and we don't know how. Is there a shortcode? How can we do it? You have it in your Demo and we want to have it too.

We'll be waiting for your feedback.

Thanks!

Hello

Sorry, customization of your site is not included in the support.

Try caching plugins, but more importantly you should use a better hosting

My plugin is a filtering plugin we have nothing to do with sorting.  Most standard themes have a default product sorting

You can  try  Storefront

Hello,

Ok, thanks for your feedback.

We have another question:

how do we call some filters individually? for example, at the moment we are using [woof] shortcode and we call all of the filters. But imagine we wanted the price range filter to be displayed at the top center of the screen, above the first products. How can we do it?

Thanks

Hello

Please  read  docs - https://products-filter.com/shortcode/woof  - use  attributes:  by_only   and  tax_only
