Hi,

I created a popup with Elementor pro. The popup is activated by clicking on an Icon widget. Inside of the popup I have the woof shortcode set as [woof taxonomies=product_cat:41,48 autosubmit=0 ajax_redraw=1 is_ajax=1 sid=' woof_auto_4_columns']

When  I click the icon button the popup appears and I can see the woof filter. It looks great. But for some reason I cannot use the filter? For example if I try and click the radio button for Material: 'Silk' nothing happens?

Any help would be very much appreciated.

Hello

If the popup window uses ajax, the filter will not work. Because after drawing the filter (popup ) you need to initialize the JS scripts

Hi Pablo,

I have turned off AJAZ [woof taxonomies=product_cat:41,48 autosubmit=0 ajax_redraw=0 is_ajax=0 sid=' woof_auto_4_columns'].

But I still cannot use the filter. Is there anything else that I need to change??

Hello

I have turned off AJAZ - Not! Ajax is not in my plugin! The problem is that the content of the popup window is rendered in ajax mode. You should disable ajax mode in third party functionality

How do I disable ajax mode in third party functionality?

Hello

I don't know, I'm not the developer of this popup. Beter  ask  it  on  Elementor pro support
