WOOF Doesn't really work (PRO)
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. What is the difference between Free and PRO? Forgive me but I genuinely can't see what additional functionality i've paid for. I hoped that if I paid it would be easier to work with.
Product filter appears both in the side panel and at the top of the page. Sometimes just the top of the page. Cannot for the life of me figure out how to get it to ALWAYS APPEAR ON THE LEFT NEVER ON TOP.
Also, the categories don't appear. I choose Brands, Categories, Price Slider.
Categories doesn't appear! Absolutely infuriating!

he categories don't appear. I choose Brands, Categories, Price Slider. - Please drop me exact link to the issue. keep in mind that on the category page the filter will only show child categories. If the current category has no children, the filter will not show this filter element
