WOOF display not updating new category names at all
The support doesn work on Saturdays and Sundays, so some Friday requests can be answered on Monday. WordPress version: 5.2.2
Plugin version: 2.2.2.1 (bought via Codecanyon)
Theme: Storefront (child) 2.4.2
Recently i changed some german tags for my products and updated the english translations accordingly.
However on my site, the old names are still shown.
Example:
old name: Aquarelle
new name: Aquarelle & Zeichnungen
When i click on old name i get"no products are available".
I don't even see the new name, the list of tags is just not updated.
Please help me fix this issue.

I get an error message saying i don't have access (im logged in with my admin account to the backend).

I manually installed the newest version (it worked before, i think the issue was that i didn't wipe the cache).
