Try to change sort order and observe Woof forcing"orderby: popularity". This is a default sort order for the site, but it should not be enforced.

Plugin reports version 2.2.4.2

Sorry, false alarm.

 

Woof filter does not force sorting, but merely shows its status. Something else did and I found what was happening
